Job Summary
The Intact Families Supervisor will play a critical role in our organization's mission. This position is responsible for supervising a team of child welfare specialists and ensuring the safety and well-being of children and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive referrals from the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) and assign cases to agency Intact Workers.
- Monitor and review child welfare specialists to ensure compliance with DCFS procedures and child safety.
- Complete weekly supervision with Intact Workers and maintain monthly supervisory notes.
- Maintain contact with DCFS personnel related to assigned cases.
- Attend case-specific staffings and meetings with DCFS personnel as scheduled.
- Attend all subsequent DCFS mandatory and recommended trainings.
- Attend all agency staffings, staff meetings, and mandatory trainings.
- Complete all documentation required by DCFS and the agency.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Accountability
The Intact Families Supervisor reports to the Clinical Director and is accountable for ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance in their work.
