Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and service in the Operating Room, ensuring a safe and efficient experience for patients and staff.
- Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Manage pre-operative and post-anesthesia care, ensuring accurate documentation and timely discharge.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure exceptional patient satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical procedures, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Current Arizona Registered Nurse RN License
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience
- Pain Management experience
- Orthopedic experience
- Spine experience
- Urology experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced Operating Room environment
