Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to work as a per diem ICU RN in our Fort Walton Beach, Florida facility. As a per diem nurse, you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit your needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
- Current State Nursing License
- Minimum 1-year acute care experience in a hospital setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
