We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Director to join our team at HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are safe, efficient, and compliant with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the activities of the engineering staff, including preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and equipment management.
- Oversee the physical space control, safety, and Environment of Care (EOC) of our facilities, including satellite buildings and departments.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer and Administrative Director of Quality to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Provide logistical planning and coordination to support the needs of our patients, visitors, and staff.
- High School or GED
- 3-5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
- 5 years of experience in a healthcare engineering environment
- 3 years of previous supervisory experience
