The role of Food Service Supervisor is an excellent entry point into leadership within our organization. Key Responsibilities

As a Food Service Supervisor, your primary duties will include:

  • Leading shifts in the absence of the General Manager
  • Participating in training programs for supervisory staff
  • Collaborating with Team Leaders and Team Members to ensure exceptional service
  • Assisting in the recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of all staff
  • Promoting a positive customer experience to enhance Clover's reputation
  • Supporting promotional initiatives to boost sales and expand our customer base
  • Managing cash handling procedures
  • Monitoring operations and implementing corrective measures as needed
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures
  • Contributing to daily restaurant operations alongside the team

Qualifications

To be considered for the Food Service Supervisor position, candidates should possess:

  • Experience in supervising food service personnel
  • Knowledge of scheduling, hiring, training, and staff development
  • A valid ServSafe Certification
  • A valid Allergen Awareness Certification
  • Proven ability to inspire and lead a team
  • A genuine passion for food, a positive demeanor, and a commitment to high standards
  • The physical capability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends
