About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our dynamic Behavioral Health team at ChristianaCare. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children and adolescents in our Outpatient Psychiatry practice and School-Based Wellness Centers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to children and adolescents in an outpatient setting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including child psychologists, child therapists, and case managers, to deliver coordinated care
- Participate in psychiatry residency programs, supervision, and mentoring of residents, as well as scholarly activities, lectures, and teaching
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
- Eligibility for licensure in Delaware
Compensation and Benefits:
- A competitive $225,000 - $325,000 annual salary, based on experience
