Job OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Snack Distribution Specialist to join our team in Montpelier, VT. As a key member of our distribution team, you will be responsible for merchandising Nabisco products in various stores across the region. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our products are well-represented on store shelves and that our customers have an exceptional snacking experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Merchandising: Stock store shelves with Nabisco products, maintain or change out displays, and ensure that our products are visible and appealing to customers.
- In-store Visits: Conduct regular in-store visits to monitor product visibility, capture pictures of displays, and report any issues or concerns to our management team.
- Communication: Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees, work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility, and communicate with our management team to resolve any issues.
To succeed in this role, you must have a positive and professional attitude, be self-motivated, and able to work independently. You should also have a valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and live within 25-35 miles of our primary location in Montpelier, VT. Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
