Valet Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Valet Associate to join our Service Department team at Mercedes-Benz of Plano. As a Valet Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safe and efficient parking of guest vehicles, and maintaining a clean and organized parking lot.

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Park guest vehicles in designated areas in an efficient and safe manner
• Retrieve customer vehicles from designated areas in an efficient and safe manner
• Perform drive and park assignments as per department policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized parking lot
• Provide shuttle services for guests
• Run errands as required by management/service department

• Valid driver's license
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in outdoor elements
• Ability to operate vehicles in a safe manner
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
