Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to work alongside professional educators in delivering specialized educational services to students with unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with teaching staff to support the educational goals of students.
- Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide support in classroom activities and facilitate student engagement.

Qualifications:
  1. Applicants must fulfill Highly Qualified Paraprofessional Requirements:
    1. Possess a 2-year Associate's Degree or 2 years of college credits (48 semester or 72 quarter hours) or successfully pass the state paraprofessional standards exam (PARAPRO Test).
  2. Hold a valid educational aide permit with ESEA qualifier in Ohio.
  3. Comply with legal requirements for a criminal background check.

Compensation: Salary is aligned with the established salary schedule.
