Essential Functions:

As a Geriatric Medicine Physician, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive medical care and management for geriatric patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care interventions.
  • Conduct thorough geriatric assessments to evaluate physical, cognitive, functional, and other aspects of health, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans.
  • Manage complex medical conditions commonly associated with aging, prioritizing patient safety, comfort, and quality of life.
  • Coordinate with specialists, allied health professionals, and community resources to ensure seamless continuity of care and support services for geriatric patients, families, and caregivers.
Requirements:
  • Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine.
  • Valid medical license to practice in New Jersey.
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in providing primary care to adults with geriatric medicine.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Ability to comply with regulatory requirements, documentation standards, and ethical principles in healthcare delivery.
Salary and Benefits:

$150.00 per hour

Work Schedule:

Minimal local travel with at least 1 day per week in Denville, Parsippany, and Dover
