Responsibilities- Assess residents' health status and develop personalized care plans

- Monitor and document residents' progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed
- Current RN license in the state of employment
- CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within six months
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Critical thinking and excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and transfer patients safely
Bethesda Health offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as great benefits such as 403b, daily pay, bonuses, career advancement opportunities, and holiday pay. Medical, dental, vision, prescription, and life insurance are also available.
