Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate occupational therapy modalities to patients.
  • Perform duties and standards according to established policies, procedures, and competency guidelines.
  • Improve or minimize residual physical disabilities of patients.
  • Return patients to an optimum and productive level within their capabilities.
  • Participate in patient care planning with other home care personnel.
Requirements
  • A graduate of a recognized occupational therapy program.
  • An active license to practice occupational therapy in MN.
  • A minimum of four years' experience as an occupational therapist, with home care experience a plus.
  • Must have a criminal background check, current CPR certification, and a clear driving record.
  • Computer skills and ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
