Blender Operations Specialist

Warren Oil Company, Inc. is seeking a skilled Blender Operations Specialist to join our team in the Bulk Inventory Material Handling department. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling of bulk inventory materials.
Key Responsibilities- Material Handling: Safely and efficiently perform all processes related to bulk inventory material handling, including hooking up grease lines, filling out paperwork, and reporting any spills or leaks.
- Equipment Operation: Load and unload bulk shipments via railcar and truck, and operate pumps and valves as needed.
- Quality Control: Gauge tanks and ensure that all materials are properly stored and handled.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a compounding or blending manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- Certifications: Forklift certification and yard driver experience are a plus.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task and problem-solve.
- Communication: Ability to read and write English legibly, and to communicate effectively with team members.
