  • Implement ERP Solutions: Design and implement sophisticated ERP system solutions that align with business strategies.
  • Manage ERP Projects: Oversee and ensure the successful development, testing, and deployment of Epicor Kinetic modules and enhancements.
  • Perform Data Analysis: Identify significant trends, issues, and opportunities for strategic improvement within the ERP system.
  • Develop Reports and Dashboards: Create complex reports and dashboards within Epicor Kinetic to support high-level business decision-making.
  • Ensure Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity and accuracy across multiple ERP modules.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Serve as a key liaison between business units, senior management, and IT, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide Training and Support: Provide advanced training and support to end-users and stakeholders on the Epicor Kinetic ERP system and processes.
  • Troubleshoot System Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve complex system-related issues within the ERP environment.
  • Mentor Junior Analysts: Mentor and guide junior analysts, providing expertise and knowledge transfer related to Epicor Kinetic.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of eight years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar senior role, with specific experience in Epicor Kinetic ERP.
  • Knowledge and Skills: In-depth knowledge of Epicor Kinetic ERP system, including its primary modules, configurations, and data structures.
  • Certifications: Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or similar) preferred.
