We are seeking a highly skilled RN - Tele Neurology to join our team at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. As a Tele Neurology RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care through telehealth services, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide telehealth services to patients with neurological conditions, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with neurologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examination, and laboratory results.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management and lifestyle modifications.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate with patients and families to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- California Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association.
- One year of nursing experience.
- National Certification in area of specialty.
