• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
• Ensure that all guests meet the necessary qualifications, adhering to our company standards.
• Follow established processes and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain positive relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Administrative teams.
• Distribute and collect Guest Registration Forms, assisting guests with any inquiries.
• Accurately assign guests to Sales Representatives in the order of their arrival.
• Ensure timely updates of guest information in Concierge.
• Answer all incoming calls, conduct research on customer issues, and escalate to a manager/supervisor when necessary.
