Spirit AeroSystems is seeking a skilled Aerospace Painter to join our team in Tulsa, OK. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for applying coatings to large structures, ensuring high-quality finishes and meeting customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Apply coatings to large structures using various techniques, including spraying, dipping, and brushing.
- Set up and operate processing equipment, including ovens, furnaces, and quenching tanks.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine methods and sequences of operations.
- Work safely and maintain a safe work environment, adhering to established company safety requirements.
- Train and assist fellow employees as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be willing and able to work any shift.
- Pass the WorkKeys Assessment (or provide verification of passing the assessment).
- Preferred experience using conventional paint guns.
