About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recovery Coach to join our team at Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC. As a Recovery Coach, you will play a key role in supporting clients on their journey to recovery from eating disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and intervention to clients, consistent with their treatment plans.
  • Facilitate healthy connections between clients and the treatment team.
  • Assist with food preparation and meal supervision, modeling healthy eating habits.
  • Participate in therapeutic groups and develop core skills to promote clinical growth.
  • Conduct regular rounds and provide observations to ensure client well-being.
  • Occasionally, transport clients to off-site appointments and activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting (required in some states).
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with a safe driving history.
  • Excellent communication and client relations skills, with a service-oriented approach.
