Job Description

As an Exterior Restoration Professional at Stonebrook Exterior, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing issues with roofing, siding, windows, and gutters, ensuring that all work meets high standards of quality and safety.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of exterior components to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on exterior components, including but not limited to, fixing leaks, replacing damaged shingles or siding, and repairing or replacing windows and gutters.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain the nature of the repairs, estimated time frames, and any additional recommendations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in construction or related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in exterior repair, including roofing, siding, windows, and gutters.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary rate of $70,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development.
