Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of 20-30 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Oversee labor management, ensuring efficient scheduling and staffing to meet customer demand.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and cleanliness standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- 2+ years of management experience, preferably in a retail or food service environment.
- 3+ years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Experience driving sales and managing labor, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality.
