Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant-CNA to join our team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant-CNA on our team, you will make a meaningful impact on the lives of our extended family. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality patient care, ensuring the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, positioning, and maintaining clean living conditions.
- Perform ADLS (Activities of Daily Living) as needed, ensuring residents' physical and emotional needs are met.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care, adhering to local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in patient care.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active, unencumbered CNA certification
- Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Full-time, part-time, and per diem shift opportunities available
- Daily pay available
- Health, dental, vision, and PTO for full-time employees
