Lead the Way with Virella

Virella is seeking a dynamic leader to join our organization and drive business growth. With 120 years of industry expertise, we're looking for someone who shares our passion for excellence and customer satisfaction.

This role offers a unique opportunity to learn our process, develop relationships with existing clients, and lead a small team to achieve sales targets. As you master our systems and process, you'll be well-positioned for advancement to the Agency Director role.

The compensation package includes a competitive salary of $70,000-$85,000 per year, paid weekly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and expand our existing client base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach.
  • Supervise and guide team members to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track daily activity and report on team results.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for building relationships and helping others.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to contribute to the community.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
Licensing and Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in the U.S.
  • Clean background and reliable transportation.
  • 45-day evaluation period before advancement.
