About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the PACU Recovery department at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support in the PACU Recovery department
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and optimal outcomes
  • Utilize critical thinking skills and decisive judgment to make informed decisions in a dynamic environment
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure clear understanding and coordination of care

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current state RN license or a current multistate compact license
  • An associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification or obtain within 90 days after hire date
  • Current American Heart Association ACLS certification or obtain within 6 months after hire date
  • Current American Heart Association PALS certification or obtain within 6 months after hire date
Language Skills

You must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
