As a principal, you will be responsible for managing the campus, driving collaborative decision-making processes, and leveraging data to support student success.

Key Deliverables:

• A 10% increase in Math proficiency
• A 10% increase in ELA proficiency
• A 90% staff retention rate
• A 95% average daily attendance rate
• A 90% student persistence rate
• An 80% or higher stakeholder satisfaction rate
• Meeting annual enrollment goals

Requirements:

• A current Administrators License
• Proven success as an instructional leader
• Experience in turnaround work
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a positive problem-solving approach
• Clear judgment, a mature interpersonal style, and the ability to drive collaborative decision-making processes

Compensation and Benefits:

Plus, you'll enjoy $85,000 per year in compensation, along with $20,000 in incentive and bonus opportunities.
