Key Responsibilities:

  • Promoting FS products, programs, and solutions to prospective and new clients.
  • Conducting customer profiling and qualification.
  • Proactively managing targeted prospect leads from initial qualification to closure.
  • Equipping Business Development teams with monthly training and supporting quarterly initiatives.
  • Ensuring full compliance with all Facility and Breakroom protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in Staples Facilities selling strategies.
  • In-depth industry knowledge, including trends, products/services, and market segments.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and engage relevant support teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • A proactive approach to closing business with prospective clients.
  • Strong time management capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various internal departments and external clients.
  • Expertise in context-switching, managing multiple responsibilities with minimal loss of productivity.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Completion of secondary education, including vocational training or an associate degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in B2B Sales.
  • Familiarity with Jan/San Sales.
