Sonographer III

We are seeking a highly skilled Sonographer III to join our team at Northern Light Mercy Hospital. As a key member of our Ultrasound Department, you will be responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic images and providing exceptional patient care.

• Operate advanced ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images of internal organs and tissues.
• Conduct a variety of ultrasound exams, including obstetric, gynecologic, and musculoskeletal procedures.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with other imaging specialists to ensure seamless patient care and efficient department operations.

• Graduate of an accredited school of ultrasonography with progressive experience and technical skills in ultrasonography.
• Current/active RDMS certification required.
• Registered in two or more specialty areas of ultrasonography.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires prolonged periods of sitting, walking, and standing. The ability to lift, move, and load 20 to 30 pounds is also required.
