Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Gameday Ambassador to join our team at AEG. As a Gameday Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service to fans at our stadium events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Interact with guests to ensure a positive and memorable experience at our stadium events.
  • Ticketing Support: Assist guests with finding their tickets and provide support with the gameday ticketing system.
  • Event Operations: Maintain a working knowledge of stadium operations and procedures to effectively assist with general questions.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma preferred.
  • Experience: Customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a positive attitude.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 10 lbs, and perform other physical demands of the job.
  • Work Schedule: Must be available to work all stadium events, including weekends and holidays.
