Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Paramedic to join our Emergency Department team at Northeast Georgia Health System Inc. As a Paramedic, you will be responsible for administering direct patient care to patients of all ages, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Your primary focus will be on providing high-quality care to patients in the Emergency Department, while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medication and document patient information according to established policies and procedures.
  • Provide patient care, including vital sign monitoring and documentation, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control guidelines and patient safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:
  • Active State of Georgia Paramedic license.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in patient care settings as a trained Paramedic.
