About the Role

Gpac is seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Piping Estimator and Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates for process piping and mechanical systems for Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimating and Bidding: Prepare detailed estimates for process piping and mechanical systems for Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant construction projects.
  • Project Management: Oversee all aspects of process piping disciplines for projects, including purchasing negotiation and coordination with field crews.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in piping and mechanical estimating for industrial construction projects, with a strong focus on water and wastewater treatment.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of piping materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, PVC, and Ductile Iron Pipe used in water and wastewater treatment applications.
  • Skills: Strong personal character, integrity, and a high sense of urgency; punctual and reliable. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced industry.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office software. Experience with AutoCAD and HCSS - Heavy Bid Estimating Software is preferred.
  • Contractual Understanding: Understanding of contractual terms and conditions.
