The Dairy Farmers of America is seeking a skilled Plastic Blow Mold Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating plastic blow molding machines to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of containers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor conveyor lines for damaged bottles to maintain quality control
  • Operate bagger and debagger stations to streamline production
  • Troubleshoot and implement minor repairs of blowmold equipment to minimize downtime
  • Train others on blowmold operations to promote knowledge sharing and development
  • Maintain open communication with other departments, management, and employees to address any issues or concerns

In this role, you will have the opportunity to analyze process data and equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement. Your ability to think critically and creatively will enable you to suggest solutions to optimize production quality and efficiency.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Experience in warehouse, production, or general work environments is beneficial
  • Certification and/or license may be required during employment

To succeed in this role, you must be able to effectively communicate with colleagues, both verbally and in writing. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities will also be essential.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
