You will also have the chance to develop your leadership skills, taking on responsibilities such as delegating tasks, supervising others, and contributing to unit-level decision-making.

About the Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced nurses looking to take their careers to the next level. We offer a competitive salary, with an estimated $83,500 - $118,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a generous benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, and retirement savings plan.

Requirements
  • A valid RN license in Virginia or eligibility to practice nursing in the state
  • BLS certification or equivalent
  • 12-24 months of RN experience (for Clinical II position)
  • 3 years of clinical experience (for Clinical III position)
