We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team at the Rock Family of Companies. As a key member of our data analysis department, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Job Description

You will use your analytical skills to extract valuable insights from large datasets, identifying trends and opportunities for growth. Your expertise in data visualization tools and techniques will enable you to present complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain databases, dashboards, and reports to support business decisions
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Present data findings to executive leadership and other stakeholders
  • Mentor junior team members on data analysis best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a finance or related industry
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
