We're looking for motivated and charismatic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Kona Ice driver, you'll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling cash and credit transactions, and communicating effectively with customers. You should also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time. If you're a team player who is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, then we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include driving safely to scheduled events, greeting customers with a smile, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines. You'll also need to perform basic cleaning tasks, complete documentation accurately, and communicate maintenance and inventory needs to your team.
