Job Summary

This is a salaried position with an annual compensation of $50,000. The Patient Care Navigator will work closely with our surgical services team to schedule procedures, verify patient information, and provide administrative support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling surgeries and coordinating patient care plans
  • Verifying patient demographics and medical history
  • Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in surgery scheduling or patient navigation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
