About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operating Room RN Manager to join our team at TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital. As a key member of our surgical services team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Surgical Services with department activities to assure a coordinated effort in fulfilling department responsibilities and efficiencies.
- Function as a clinical expert in the surgical arena.
- Work cohesively with the Director to develop standards and procedures for providing and improving quality patient care.
- Involved in making recommendations and changes to policies using evidence-based research.
- Promote strong working relations with other departments in the facility.
- Promote good public relations for the departments and Greenview Regional Hospital while maintaining patient/customer confidentiality and satisfaction.
- Support the hospital's mission, values, and vision.
- Maintain knowledge and support of the philosophy, objectives, and policies of surgical service and the institution as a whole.
