Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Bedside RN-ICU to join our team at Spring View Hospital. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Manage patient care assignments and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient and safe care delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines to provide evidence-based care.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure in the State of Kentucky.
  • Certification in area of specialty (CCRN) preferred.
  • One to two years of clinical experience preferred.
  • CPR certification required.
  • ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
  • PALS certification recommended.
