Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members, ensuring a positive experience from the start. Your primary focus will be on managing interactions, check-ins, and appointments with enthusiasm, creating a memorable member journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide vibrant frontline presence, ensuring a welcoming experience for members and visitors.
  • Respond promptly to a high volume of calls, messages, and emails, setting high standards for timely communication.
  • Guide new members through a seamless onboarding process, infusing excitement into agreement forms, program details, and payment discussions.
  • Navigate order processing, billing, and inventory management with ease.
  • Collaborate with the team to elevate the member experience, sparking ideas for innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's or Associates degree in a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a medical or clinical office setting.
  • Proficient in MS Office 365, EHR/EMR systems, and scheduling and billing systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills, with the ability to efficiently perform job duties in a fast-paced work environment.
