Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Communities United, Inc. as an Infant-Toddler Teacher. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities for toddlers
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure comprehensive services
  • Collaborate with the center team to provide a cohesive and supportive environment
  • Assess and document child progress, identifying areas of strength and need
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Minimum of an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Meet MA EEC teacher qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Passion for working with young children and their families
