The Registered Nurse is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Develop and implement patient education plans to promote health and wellness.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition, including cardiac monitoring, diagnostic study results, and symptomatology.
- Current and valid state RN License.
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current preferred.
- Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
- Ventilator Management experience preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
