Tact Staff is seeking a skilled travel nurse RN for a challenging opportunity in the Emergency Department. As a travel nurse, you will have the chance to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a talented team of healthcare professionals.
Job Details- Shift:** 12 hours
- Employment Type:** Travel
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced ED RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the Emergency Department and be able to work three 12-hour shifts per week.
Unit Information- Specialty:** ED - Emergency Department
- Monitored Beds:** 6
- EMR:** Meditech
- Equipment:** RT Equipment (Vents, Cpap, BiPap, High Flow, etc.)
The Emergency Department at this facility is a fast-paced environment with a typical ED population. The team is supported by ED Physicians/Mid-Levels and ED Techs, Paramedics (used in Triage). The unit has a 24/7 In-house Security and uses Meditech as their EMR system.
Requirements- Experience:** At least 1 year of experience in the ED
- Certifications:** Psych holds are held in the ER, Respiratory patients, Overdoses (heroin), geri-psych
The successful candidate will be required to work every other weekend and will be assigned to one of two teams for Holidays. Overtime is available and the schedule is made out 4 weeks at a time.
