Precision Inspector

We are seeking a skilled Precision Inspector to join our team in Aerospace and Defense product engineering services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting aircraft cargo system parts using CMM and/or handheld metrology tools.

• Product Inspection: Perform final inspection of machined parts to ensure they meet acceptance criteria.
• Quality Assurance: Evaluate products for quality and initiate rejection process where necessary.
• Documentation: Complete delivery documents and maintain systems records for traceability and movement of products.
• Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause corrective action in case of an escape to customer.
• Compliance: Ensure work is performed in compliance with safety requirements.

• Education: High school diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience or 3 years of relevant experience without a high school diploma.
• Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Skills: Previous experience in preparing final inspection documents; ability to work under minimal supervision; proficiency with MS Office products Excel and PowerPoint.

• Location: Mostly office environments with occasional shop floor involvement.
• Hours: Typical 40 hour weeks plus lunch/core hours.
• Flexibility: Ability to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
