Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a background in manufacturing to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for manufacturing roles.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing concerns, resolving workplace conflicts, and fostering positive employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws, including safety regulations specific to manufacturing environments. Administer company policies and procedures.
  • Support the performance review process by working with supervisors and managers to evaluate employee performance and develop improvement plans when needed.
  • Assist in creating and delivering employee training programs to ensure workforce development and adherence to industry-specific safety standards.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave programs. Address employee inquiries related to benefits.
  • Maintain HR data and generate reports to track key HR metrics, such as employee turnover, attendance, and job satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • SHRM or PHR certification is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and compliance, with a focus on safety and labor regulations in manufacturing settings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to handle complex employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and timekeeping software.
