Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support and care to children and teens in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household chores.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child or teen.
- Collaborate with the child's or teen's family and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective care plan.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a GED or high school diploma.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Have a flexible schedule that includes mostly evening and Saturday hours.
Compensation:
Per-Diem $16.11 per hour; plus, mileage reimbursement.
