Job SummaryAs a key member of our team at Germania Service Group Inc, the Custodian will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be able to work independently, and possess strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting, to maintain a clean and orderly environment
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste materials in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and other common areas to maintain cleanliness standards
  • Strip and wax tiled floors as required, and replace light bulbs as needed
  • Assist in moving furniture, tables, and chairs as required or requested
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
