Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional 5 Star Customer Service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Supervise and coordinate excavation teams on-site
  • Ensure high standards of workmanship from your team

  • Oversee the maintenance of all equipment and service vehicles

Required Qualifications

  • Required experience with pipe lasers
  • Required 4-6 years of experience in excavation
  • Valid driver's license with insurability
  • Commitment to providing 5 Star Customer Service
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Take pride in your work and the company’s equipment
  • Proficient in using technology, including smartphones/tablets, GPS, and email
  • Able to work in confined spaces and comfortable with ladders/lifts
  • Capable of lifting/moving 50lbs
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
