Nurse Director

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Director of Nursing to join our team. As the Director of Nursing, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care services to our clients. You will oversee all aspects of nursing operations and provide leadership and guidance to our dedicated caregivers.

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring the highest quality of care and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives and ensure operational efficiency and growth of the company.
• Conduct regular assessments of client needs and collaborate with the care team to develop individualized care plans.
• Oversee medication management and ensure accurate documentation of client medications.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client charts and documentation of review of caregivers.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of NJ.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Proven experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in a home care or personal assistant services setting.
• In-depth knowledge of nursing practices and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
