We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team at Setup Winks as a Customer Service Representative. This role offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on location.

About the Job

The primary responsibility of this position is to act as the primary point of contact between our company and its customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information in a professional, helpful, and timely manner. As a key representative of our brand, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering high-quality service through various channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate Effectively: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Follow-up: Follow up on unresolved customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, technical support, and shipping, to address customer needs.
  • Stay Informed: Stay up to date with product and service offerings, policies, and procedures.
  • Team Goals: Contribute to team goals by achieving individual and group performance targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and basic computer skills (MS Office).
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
