Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess patient health problems and needs, and develop individualized nursing care plans
- Implement nursing care plans and provide direct patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Administer medications and monitor patient reactions and side effects
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
- Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
- Experience in inpatient nursing, preferably in orthopedics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
