We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Float Position. This per diem role will provide coverage in various shifts across our Primary and Specialty care clinics in Corvallis, Albany, and Lebanon.
Key Responsibilities- Assist practitioners in the performance of procedures, including telephone prescription orders and refills, maintaining patient records, and relaying test results.
- Provide safe and quality nursing care under the direction of SHS practitioners and the Clinic Supervisor, adhering to the scope of practice.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
- Current unencumbered Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure.
- Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, with lab/EKG experience also preferred.
The successful candidate will be able to perform the following physical demands:
