Popeyes Cashier II

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier II at TravelCenters of America. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every traveler who visits our travel centers.

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming and friendly environment for all guests
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a clean and well-stocked food and beverage area
• Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining a visually appealing store display
• Support the training of lower-level cashiers, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure seamless operations
• Prioritize tasks according to store and management needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
• Adhere to safety guidelines and report any potential hazards or incidents
• Develop strong relationships with colleagues and leaders, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

• 2+ years of cashier experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting
• Strong computer and POS knowledge, with excellent cash handling skills
• Merchandising and stocking experience a plus
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
